Why 720Wp TOPCon DCR Solar Panels Are the Smart Choice
The DCR requirement is already active — not a future concern:
The MNRE’s ALMM List-II order means that solar cells used in government-tendered, PM Surya Ghar, PM KUSUM, open access, and net-metered projects must now come from domestically manufactured, ALMM listed sources.
